Wook-koo Aboriginal Corporation was formed to support connection, belonging, shared information and cultural continuity for the Wook-koo community. The founding vision includes gathering and sharing family information and stories, creating a safe environment to explore identity, Aboriginality, cultural and spiritual practice, respecting elders and ancestors, and building a reliable place for records, knowledge and member communication. The corporation is continuing to grow in stages, with public information, member services and secure governance tools being developed over time.
